The effects of benifit suspension on associated benefits

I am interested in hearing from anyone who has had thier IB / ESA suspended after a medical and has lost other benefits as a side effect. For examle housing benefit, council tax, rates etc, particularly if you have gone to a tribunal, won and had your benefits reinstated. My main interest in this is, are Local Authority rebates backdated and restored on the decision of a tribunal too?
